About Ségolène Pelsy

Ségolène Pelsy is a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel’s Brussels office and specialises in competition law, with a focus on merger control and antitrust matters. Ségolène assisted SNCF in notifying the EC of the creation of railway companies Eurostar and Thalys. She regularly advises companies such as TotalEnergies, Roquette and MSC on merger control and/or general antitrust and competition law issues in and outside Europe. Ségolène is experienced in cartel procedures and the management of related internal audits, assisting trade associations active in Brussels in connection with these. She has gained significant expertise in antitrust and merger control outside the EU, particularly in Morocco and further afield in Africa.
