About Pierre Karpik

Pierre Karpik is a partner in Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. Pierre is more specifically involved in venture capital and capital investment transactions, particularly in high-tech, and is counsel to both investors (such as Eurazeo/Idinvest, Isai, 360, Ventech, Accel, BlackFin and BpiFrance) and corporate entities interested in start-ups (such as Legrand, CNP, CMA and Société Générale) as well as issuing companies (Doctolib, BlaBlaCar, Meilleurs Agents or Younited Credit, and, in the past, Fortuneo and Price Minister). He advises investors and growth companies on their funding rounds, restructuring, external growth transactions and exits.
