About Ingrid York

Ingrid York is a partner in White & Case LLP’s capital markets group in London. She is co-global-head of White & Case’s financial institutions industry group, as well as the head of the firm’s global derivatives group. Qualified in New York, England and Wales, and New South Wales in Australia, Ingrid supports various sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities and other international clients, including major financial institutions and banks and corporations. Ingrid’s practice covers OTC derivatives, structured derivatives and structured finance, including credit-linked notes, repackagings, project, leveraged and Islamic finance hedging, transactions for regulatory capital purposes, and the restructuring of such arrangements. Ingrid also advises clients on carbon credit trading and energy transition matters.
