Ashley Grant is an associate in Kirkland’s IP litigation team in London. Ashley has broad trial and appellate experience, specialising in complex cross-border IP disputes. Her clients cover a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, software, medical devices and manufacturing. Beyond IP litigation, Ashley has experience in large-scale commercial and antitrust disputes in both the UK and USA. She is dual qualified in England and Wales and New York, giving her particular insight into cross-border litigation.
