About Brett Shandler

Brett Shandler is an IP litigation associate with a background in biomedical sciences. Brett acts in patent litigation and life science regulatory matters involving pharmaceuticals, biologics, genetic technologies and medical devices. He also acts in hi-tech matters, and has a particular interest in IP and antitrust issues arising in the context of SEP licensing and FRAND royalty disputes. He has experience of acting in multi-jurisdictional patent disputes involving cross-border co-ordination, and in complex damages enquiries.
