He has particular expertise on the subject of second medical-use patents and the law of plausibility. He is also experienced in the field of antitrust and competition litigation (cathode ray tubes, lithium ion batteries, forklift gas). He is an active member of AIPPI, Young EPLAW and IPSoc.
