About Oscar Robinson
Oscar Robinson
is a partner in Kirkland’s London IP team. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation and strategy in life sciences and telecommunications. He has acted in many of the major FRAND disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal and UK Supreme Court in recent years and is known for his experience in this area. Oscar has a technical background in biological sciences and has used this in cases involving antibody engineering, diagnostic testing and bispecific antibodies.
