About Rory Clarke

Rory Clarke is a partner in Kirkland’s IP litigation team in London. He has extensive experience litigating technologies such as mobile telecommunications, internet connectivity, robotics and microprocessors. Rory is frequently involved in the wider strategic aspects of intellectual property litigation, often advising on matters concerning confidentiality and the protection of confidential information. He also advises clients on intellectual property policy more widely, including in relation to legislative and regulatory developments in the UK, European Union and USA.
