About Zoe Stembridge

Zoe Stembridge is an associate in Kirkland’s European restructuring group, with wide-ranging experience of advising clients, including lenders, trade creditors and insolvency practitioners, in contentious and transactional corporate restructurings and complex bankruptcies. Zoe has worked with lawyers globally to advise a broad client base on a variety of matters including contingency planning, directors’ duties in times of financial distress, financial restructurings and distressed asset acquisition and disposal.
