About Emma Flower

Emma Flower is an associate in the charities and philanthropy team. Her practice involves advising charities on their governance and operational issues. Recent work includes advising charities and other not-for-profit organisations on registration, mergers and collaborations, the commercial aspects of transactions (including public sector contracts), constitutional issues and fund-raising law. She has extensive experience in education law, procurement law and data protection law, and advises charities on managing their charitable assets, including permanent endowment. She is a member of the Charity Law Association and the Education Law Association.
