About Ailsa Carter

Ailsa Carter is a principal associate professional support lawyer (intellectual property) at Gowling WLG, focusing on the development of knowledge, production of material for publication and training of fee earners. She specialises in patent litigation and international arbitration in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and consumer products sectors, including developing strategy for, and co-ordinating and assisting with, multi-jurisdictional disputes involving patent portfolios. Carter also assists in developing training and resource material to support fee earners across the intellectual property team, including in relation to brands, designs, copyright and patents.
