She also enjoys a reputation as an innovative litigator, acting on a range of high-profile and complex cases before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. Bernardine has been described as a heavyweight antitrust specialist and as a leading expert in various legal directories and has herself contributed to several legal publications. She is also on the Advisory Board of the Competition Law Forum, at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, and holds membership of the Law Society Competition Section, of the American Chamber of Commerce Policy Committee and of the Competition Law Association. She regularly contributes to industry publications.
