Bernardine's professional memberships include the Advisory Board of the Competition Law Forum at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, the Board of Competition Law Insight, the Competition Policy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union and the Competition Section of the Law Society of England and Wales.
