Micky Yang is a corporate partner in Gowling WLG’s corporate team leading the indirect real estate practice, with extensive experience advising on complex transactions in the real estate sector across asset classes, including operational assets such as hotels, PBSA and self-storage portfolios. She advises a broad range of domestic and international clients – including private equity houses, asset managers, institutional investors and family offices – on property investments, disposals and joint ventures and private fund structuring.
