About Adela Williams

Adela Williams is a partner at Arnold & Porter, specialising in regulatory advice and litigation on behalf of life sciences clients. She provides a broad range of regulatory and compliance advice in relation to medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and foods, including borderline issues and the implication of data privacy requirements (including GDPR). She has extensive experience in pricing and reimbursement matters, assisting clients to navigate the Voluntary and Statutory Schemes on the pricing of branded medicines and providing support and representation in the context of health technology appraisals by NICE and similar bodies. Adela also acts for clients in litigation arising from regulatory decisions in UK and European courts, and represents pharmaceutical and medical device clients in product liability litigation.
