Konrad Frąckowiak is a counsel at PwC Legal and specialises in AML, outsourcing and capital markets law. He has experience in regulatory advisory for financial institutions and entities related to the financial market. He has advised numerous entities on the implementation of the revised Payment Services Directive, AML IV–V regulations and recommendations and guidelines published by the Financial Action Task Force, the European Securities and Markets Authority and the European Banking Authority, including in the fields of capital markets, AML, ESG and outsourcing. Konrad also has extensive knowledge and professional experience in EU single market law.
