About Katarzyna Kaczmarzyk

Katarzyna Kaczmarzyk is a counsel and attorney-at-law at PwC Legal, with over 15 years of professional experience. Her practice focuses on corporate reorganisations, investment funds and private client advisory, and she has extensive expertise in applying investment funds, alternative investment companies and non-Polish entities for corporate reorganisations. Katarzyna has co-ordinated numerous projects related to the establishment and restructuring of Polish alternative investment fund structures, and has advised on cross-border investments and reorganisations.
