About Maxi Wilkowski

Maxi Wilkowski leads PwC Legal Germany’s practice for licensing and acquisition procedures for a broad range of regulated institutions, as well as applicants. She has deep expertise in regulatory processes and in engaging with national and European supervisory authorities. Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international banks, investment firms and other financial service providers, payment institutions, management companies and private investors on all aspects of financial regulatory law and related corporate and civil law issues. She also advises on prudential and statistical reporting, cash pooling arrangements, governance, risk and compliance topics aligned with supervisory expectations at both European and national levels.
