About Wojciech Trzciński

Wojciech Trzciński is a partner at PwC Legal, and specialises in investment funds, corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions and M&A. He advises domestic and international clients on the design and implementation of restructuring processes, particularly those involving the use of Polish investment funds. He also advises on the structuring of investment funds as acquisition vehicles, fundraising platforms or venture capital investment vehicles. Wojciech’s most significant projects include the establishment of the largest closed-end investment fund in Poland, the establishment of two funds directly holding and developing commercial real estate, and the establishment of complex international holding structures involving investment funds.
