About Nicola Hine

Nicola Hine is a partner and tax disputes specialist at CMS. Nicola has experience of complex cases at every stage of the courts and tribunals system, including the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, High Court (restitution and judicial review hearings), Court of Appeal, Court of Justice of the European Union and Supreme Court. Her practice covers the full disputes life cycle from protection against a dispute to active litigation. Nicola joined CMS in January 2025.
