About Gilly Kennedy-Smith

Gilly Kennedy-Smith is a partner and leads Mourant’s international trusts and private client practice in Guernsey. Her focus is on providing collaborative and pragmatic legal advice to ultra high net worth international families and the advisory teams, including: family offices, trust companies, banks, accountants and foreign lawyers, on all aspects of cross-border private client structuring, change of control and succession events and asset preservation through trusts, foundations and other vehicles. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a qualified Tax Technician (ATT). She frequently presents at a number of well-regarded seminars and conferences around the world and has published numerous articles for various publications.
