About Caroline Green

Caroline Green is co-head of the retail and supply chain group at Browne Jacobson. With over 30 years’ experience, she advises on complex commercial contracts and strategic real estate matters for fashion and retail clients. Caroline has extensive experience in the luxury fashion sector, ranging from exclusive or selective distribution models to worldwide logistics. She acts for an impressive portfolio of global luxury fashion and independent brands. Caroline chairs the firm’s board and is the firm’s executive DEI sponsor. She is a regular speaker at DEI events and was recently recognised as an ESG Social Mobility Champion.
