About Emma Roake

Emma Roake is co-head of the retail and supply chain group at Browne Jacobson. She has over 20 years’ experience in helping fashion brands, retailers, agents and distributors to negotiate commercial agreements and resolve commercial disputes. Emma regularly advises leading luxury fashion brands in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts matters, including selective distribution (negotiating agreements and terminating them), supply of goods and services, consumer law and complex services agreements. She has particular expertise in advising clients on agency, distribution, franchising, e-commerce and marketplace agreements, including their termination and early-stage disputes.
