About Faye McConnell

Faye McConnell is a partner in the IP team at Browne Jacobson. Specialising in the fashion, beauty and media sectors, Faye advises on brand strategy and enforcement, supply chain contracts, sponsorship deals, collaborations, advertising clearance and consumer law compliance. She acts for luxury fashion and beauty houses as well as mass market brands, helping businesses to expand internationally, adapt to omnichannel selling and implement their marketing strategies. Faye obtained a distinction on an IP diploma from the University of Oxford, and is a member of IPSoc and AIPPI.
