About Alex Bluett

Alex Bluett is a partner and member of the energy and infrastructure practice group of Gibson Dunn. Alex is an energy and infrastructure asset specialist, and he advises infrastructure funds, industrials, developers and funders on industrial contracts, financings and M&A transactions, across all asset classes. His expertise spans a number of sectors including telecoms, roads, airports, energy transition and renewables, and he has experience in project, acquisition and corporate financings (including loans, bonds and hybrid financings) and M&A transactions across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Alex is English-law qualified and is based in the firm’s Paris office.
