About Alice Brogi

Alice Brogi is a partner and member of the private equity, M&A and capital markets practice groups of Gibson Dunn. Alice practises private equity M&A, representing sponsors in cross-border transactions across a number of sectors, with a focus on infrastructure and hard assets. She has advised clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, preferred equity and debt investments, joint ventures and portfolio acquisitions in the UK, France, Germany, Austria and the Nordic countries. Alice has also advised private equity firms on investments across a number of sectors, including the telecoms, construction, financial services and technology sectors.
