About Gisele Zouein

Gisele Zouein is a corporate associate in Gibson Dunn’s London office and a member of the private equity, M&A, and infrastructure practice groups. She advises sponsors and corporates on cross‑border M&A and private equity transactions with a particular focus on infrastructure and growth investments, covering minority and control stakes; co‑investments; and platform build‑outs, carve‑outs, financings and exits. Gisele holds a PhD (Paris II) and an LLM (Harvard) and was awarded the prestigious Revue des Contrats and Victor Brudney prizes. Her doctoral thesis was published in France by LGDJ‑Lextenso.
