About Osvaldo Galeano

Osvaldo Galeano is an associate in the London office of Gibson Dunn. Osvaldo is a member of the mergers and acquisitions (M&A), projects and infrastructure, private equity and capital markets practice groups. Osvaldo regularly advises private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector. Osvaldo also has experience advising both issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions, particularly in high-yield issuances and initial public offerings. Osvaldo is currently on secondment at KKR’s offices in London, where he leads the KKR Infrastructure legal team.
