About Jamie Rowlands

Jamie Rowlands (partner) has over 20 years of experience advising on, protecting and enforcing clients’ IP, with a focus on patent litigation. In the UK, he has litigated in the IPEC, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. He also regularly advises clients on UPC litigation strategies. He has a unique insight into IP litigation in China, having spent five years in-country enforcing IP rights in the China courts. His litigation work covers a wide variety of sectors including consumer products, telecoms, software, medical devices, aviation, automotive, oil and gas and advanced manufacturing.
