About Lucy Pegler

Lucy Pegler is a partner in Burges Salmon’s commercial and technology team and is a key member of the firm’s technology sector team. She specialises in technology transactions, data and privacy, with a particular focus on the public, transport and healthcare sectors. Lucy has extensive experience advising both customers and suppliers on major technology procurements, technology licensing, complex commercial arrangements and the adoption of new technologies. She also regularly advises on the life cycle of privacy compliance including development and implementation of policies and practices through to complex data-sharing arrangements and data breaches.
