About Tom Whittaker

Tom Whittaker is a senior lawyer and solicitor advocate in Burges Salmon's dispute resolution team. He has acted on a number of high-profile technology-related disputes, and advises on commercially significant and complex civil disputes, investigations and inquiries for a wide range of corporate and government clients across different sectors. Tom regularly writes on AI regulation and law, speaks at industry events on AI regulation and risk management, and is the lead author of the public law and procurement law and AI chapter in the second edition of the law of AI practitioners’ handbook.
