About E. Drew Dutton

E. Drew Dutton is co-head of the Debevoise London UK/European insurance transactional and regulatory practice and an insurance M&A partner who regularly represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, pension funds and multinational corporations in a broad range of cross-border transactions. Drew recently transferred to London from Debevoise’s New York office but in the course of his more than 25-year career with Debevoise, Drew has also been resident in and worked on insurance transactions for the firm’s global insurance practice in the firm’s offices in New York, Hong Kong, Paris and Frankfurt. Drew is qualified to practice in England and Wales, New York, Paris and Hong Kong.
