About Katie Power

Katie Power is a corporate associate at Debevoise and a member of the firm’s insurance and financial institutions groups. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions in the insurance and asset management industries, particularly public and private M&A transactions, reinsurance, reorganisations, minority investments and joint ventures. She advises insurers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporates on multinational transactional and regulatory matters. Katie regularly contributes to Debevoise’s insurance publications and co-authored, with Clare Swirski, a recent guide on ESG in the insurance sector.
