About Katie Power

Katie Power is a corporate associate at Debevoise and a member of the firm’s insurance and financial institutions groups. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions in the insurance and asset management industries, particularly public and private M&A transactions, reinsurance, reorganisations and joint ventures. She advises insurers, private equity clients, financial institutions and corporates on multi-national transactional and regulatory matters. Katie regularly contributes to Debevoise’s insurance publications and co-authored with Clare Swirski a recent guide on ESG in the insurance sector.
