Rosamund Wood
is a counsel in the corporate department of Debevoise and a member of the firm’s insurance group. Ros advises pension trustees, sponsors, insurers and reinsurers on de-risking transactions in the life insurance sector, including bulk annuities, longevity swaps, longevity and funded reinsurance. She also advises pension scheme trustees and sponsors on a range of pensions and benefit matters, and on the pensions and benefits aspects of both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
