About Ana Amador

Ana Amador advises governments and enterprises on international trade disputes facing WTO and US proceedings. Her cases have been before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission, as well as several US court appeal and WTO dispute settlement cases on anti-dumping and countervailing duty issues. She has the full range of international trade experience, having advised on economic sanctions, antitrust, European Union State aid, regulatory issues (including pharmaceuticals and chemicals) and international litigation. She began her career working for a Member of the European Parliament. A regular lecturer on EU law, she has taught international litigation and advocacy. She is a member of the Colegio de Abogados de Sevilla (Spanish Bar Association) and the American Bar Association.
