About Sarah Dodds

Sarah Dodds is a senior associate in Birketts’ Bristol family team, bringing over a decade of specialist experience in relationship breakdown work. She advises on all aspects of family law, including complex and high-conflict child arrangements, modern family issues and cohabitation disputes. She is a trained collaborative solicitor known for her constructive, client-centred approach. Sarah also advises on surrogacy-related matters and sensitive disputes involving modern family creation. She joined Birketts in 2025 to help establish its expanding Bristol family practice.
