About Dylan Goedgebuure

Dylan Goedgebuure is a counsel in the Banking and Finance team at Hogan Lovells Amsterdam. Since 2009, he has consistently acted for major Dutch and international banks and debt funds, focusing on acquisition financing and debt capital market products both in domestic and international markets. Dylan gained extensive experience during the financial crisis in business restructuring and is known for his creative, strategic thinking. Skilled in asset, capital markets, trade, export financing and syndicated lending, his secondments to Deutsche Bank, ING and ABN AMRO helped to provide valuable business insights. He also holds an MSc in Business Administration.
