About Elena Rey

Elena Rey heads Brown Rudnick’s litigation funding group and is a co-head of the European Special Situations team. She represents funders, private equity funds, family offices, law firms and claimants on complex cross-border litigation funding, investment and special situations transactions, and is recognised in an international law directory as one of the leaders in the litigation funding space. Elena is a founder of the annual European Litigation Funding conference and the Litigation Funding industry working group, and co-author of the Loan Market Association book on Real Estate Finance. Admitted to practice in England & Wales, she is fluent in French and Russian.
