Andreas Falch Haugland has extensive experience advising clients throughout all phases of construction projects. Andreas is quick to grasp the facts and has a good technical understanding, which enables him to provide fast, effective advice on complex construction issues. Andreas has worked as a lawyer for 15 years. Andreas has worked with all the Norwegian standard contracts and Fidic contracts. In addition, Andreas has worked extensively with partnering contracts and NS 3420. He is also teaching partnering contracts, NS 3420 and a course on Norwegian construction law. With his good understanding of the industry, he is a valued adviser on construction law.
