Are Haugen Einum has ten years’ experience providing targeted advice on construction law and public procurement. He has held legal responsibility in a wide range of projects and has assisted clients at every stage. Are has extensive experience from both the developer and contractor sides, and has worked with all the Norwegian standard contracts as well as significant experience from partnering projects. He is a popular speaker and lecturer on topics such as innovative procurement, public-private co-operation, risk mitigation and benefits realisation. He is associated with Molde University College as a Senior Lecturer in public procurement.
