About Espen Bakken

Espen Bakken is a partner at Simonsen Vogt Wiig. In particular, Espen advises on EU law, competition matters and other regulatory areas such as sanctions and investment screening (FDI). Espen has more than 20 years of practical experience in competition law from both the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the legal profession. He has specific experience in transaction-related matters, including obtaining competition approvals in and outside Norway. He also advises Norwegian and international companies on anti-competitive agreements, dominant undertakings, and the design of distribution systems.
