About Nicholas Foss Barbantonis

Nicholas Foss Barbantonis has accumulated broad dispute negotiation and litigation experience throughout his career. He has been involved in several high-profile intellectual property disputes and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Norway. At Simonsen Vogt Wiig, he works in commercial dispute resolution, with an emphasis on IP and TMT disputes. In addition to receiving his professional legal degree from the University of Oslo, he holds the degrees of LLM and SJD from the US; his dissertation topic was the international enforcement of intellectual property rights.
