About Therese Sætre Løfsgaard

Therese Sætre Løfsgaard is a senior lawyer in Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s dispute resolution team. She is exclusively dedicated to dispute resolution and assists Norwegian and international clients with contractual and damages disputes within several fields of law and industries. She has acted as counsel in extensive and complicated disputes before the courts and arbitration tribunals. She is the author of the commentaries to the Norwegian Arbitration Act together with colleague Christian Reusch and former partner at Simonsen Vogt Wiig, Knud Jacob Knudsen. Therese also works as a lecturer for several legal education institutions.
