Guillaume Roche
is a partner in the M&A team of Lacourte Raquin Tatar. His core practice focuses on public and private M&A and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Lacourte Raquin Tatar in 2019, Guillaume Roche practiced with US firms Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He is a graduate of the Pantheon Sorbonne University and the Columbia Law School and is admitted to the Paris and New York Bars.
