About Damien Luqué

Damien Luqué is an experienced financial and regulatory lawyer, focusing on investment funds and asset management. He works with credit institutions, management companies and institutional investors in the structuring of investment vehicles. Damien joined Lacourte Raquin Tatar as a partner in 2018, having previously been part of the banking and finance team at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Before that, he developed his practice in the financial market department at Allen & Overy LLP’s Paris office, and was seconded as an associate to the AXA REIM SGP legal team, and to the equity division team at the Paris office of Goldman Sachs. He speaks French and English.
