About Rahat Dar

Rahat Dar is a partner at Afridi & Angell whose practice covers banking and financial services, including conventional and Islamic finance, infrastructure and project finance, and corporate restructuring. He has co-authored publications on Islamic finance, lending and taking security in the UAE. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, and has an MA in Law (Banking and Capital Markets) from the University of Westminster.
