About Anouk Van der Mast

Anouk Van der Mast is a tax lawyer at Tiberghien and a member of the firm’s multinational enterprises team. She focuses on Belgian corporate income tax and international taxation, advising multinational groups on their Belgian and cross-border activities. Anouk holds a Master of Laws degree and a Master-after-Master in Tax Law from KU Leuven. She began her career at a Big Four firm before returning to academia to research taxation in developing countries, with a focus on tax treaties and tax incentives. She joined Tiberghien in 2019 and is a member of the Brussels Bar, the Corporate Tax Alliance, and other professional networks. She has also authored several publications on corporate and international taxation.
