About Alain Van Geel

Alain Van Geel is a partner at Tiberghien, focusing predominantly on Belgian and international family law, matrimonial property law, gifts and donations, inheritance law and law of succession, as well as (national and international) estate planning, particularly with respect to Belgian and international civil law. He is a member of several editorial boards and lectures on (national and international) estate planning and Belgian international private law. Alain is also a member of the Comité scientifique de fiscalité internationale at the CRIDON Lyon. He is a regular speaker at seminars and has authored several estate planning-related articles in Belgian periodicals.
