About Gauthier Mary

Gauthier Mary is a senior associate at Tiberghien Luxembourg and advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients in their investments and operations in Luxembourg or abroad, including ICT technologies, private equity, real estate and intellectual property. He also advises private clients on their estate planning through Luxembourg, and is active in tax litigation involving Luxembourg companies. Prior to joining Tiberghien, Gauthier worked for five years in the tax department of an important Luxembourg Big Four firm and for more than six years in an important Luxembourg independent tax advisory firm, gaining significant experience in the field of corporate taxation.
