About Larissa De Wulf

Larissa De Wulf is a counsel at Tiberghien and has been an attorney since 2003. A member of the family litigation team, Larissa advises clients in negotiations and proceedings before Belgian courts, particularly in the areas of estate or inheritance cases, wills, gifts, divorce or separation, filiation and adoption, child support and maintenance, as well as division and distribution of assets after divorce or death. She has significant expertise in international cases, especially those involving inheritance law and divorce. She also has expertise in tax relating to inheritance, divorce/separation, alimony/maintenance, and child support. She is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Larissa speaks French, Dutch and English.
